The disorders of the respiratory system are classified into:
obstructive, or which interfere with the amount of air entering and leaving the lungs
restrictive, or which cause a reduction in the functional volume of the lungs

The breathing can be classified into disorders of the upper respiratory tract and lower, or parenchymal and vascular disorders.

BREATHING PROBLEMS

Obstructive disorders:
Emphysema often caused by exposure to toxic agents or prolonged exposure to smoke tebacco
Bronchitis: inflammation of the bronchi, which can be acute (caused by viruses or bacteria) or chronic (not necessarily of infectious origin, is part of chronic obstructive pulmonary)
Asthma: chronic disease that occasionally causes a constriction and inflammation of the airways, often in response to one or more triggers

Infectious Diseases:
Infections of upper respiratory tract disease caused by acute infections involving the nose, nasal sinuses, pharynx, larynx, or bronchi
